Are you ready to dive into the hustle and bustle of recruitment? We’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who’s not afraid to pick up the phone, connect with people, and make things happen—all while having fun and building a meaningful career! 
 
After working through our tailored trainee program, designed to give you the best understanding of recruitment, people, and our industry, you will work within a high-performing team and provide support to our account management leaders. In this role, you’ll help ensure the organisation attracts, selects, and maintains communication with the best talent to deliver our business strategy. Plus, as you grow, there will be opportunities to move into other areas of the business, allowing you to explore a variety of career paths within our organisation.

About You:

The successful candidate will likely be: 
  • Customer service focused.
  • Exposed to sales, retail, call centre or customer-facing roles.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.

  • Committed to the team. 
  • Coachable and a quick learner.
