We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, provide accurate and insightful cost estimates, and play a key role in shaping project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project plans, specifications, and tender documentation to develop accurate cost estimates
  • Conduct site inspections to gather detailed information on project requirements
  • Research construction materials, labour, and equipment costs to inform estimates
  • Prepare detailed, well-structured cost estimates for submission to clients and project teams
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and construction teams to ensure estimates align with project objectives
  • Monitor ongoing project costs and adjust estimates as necessary to maintain accuracy
About You:
  • 5+ years of commercial estimating experience, ideally with exposure to large-scale construction projects
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost structures
  • Proficient with cost estimating software and digital tools
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across project teams
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline highly regarded
