Concentis, we’re proud to be partnering with a reputable, Brisbane-based insurance and restoration construction company to source an experienced Commercial Site Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial reinstatement projects across Southeast Queensland.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be managing the delivery of multiple insurance-related building projects — driving safety, quality, and progress from commencement through to completion, while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise day-to-day commercial site activities, ensuring safety and compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to achieve delivery milestones
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, insurers, and clients to sequence and prioritise work effectively
- Conduct site inspections, report on progress, and oversee quality assurance processes
- Manage handover documentation and ensure all compliance and certification requirements are met
- Identify risks or delays early and implement proactive solutions
- Ensure adherence to WHS, building codes, and contractual obligations
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations
About You: - Proven experience as a Site Manager, Project Supervisor, or Foreman on commercial building projects
- Experience in insurance, restoration, or remedial construction highly regarded
- Hold a relevant trade qualification and/or QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or be willing to obtain)
- Strong understanding of WHS regulations, QA processes, and construction programs
- Confident in reading and interpreting drawings, scopes, and specifications
- Proficient with digital tools and site management systems
- Organised, solutions-focused, and able to communicate effectively across all levels
