Civil Supervisor to join their growing team on a
permanent, full-time basis.
In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee daily site operations, ensuring that all activities meet strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You will be responsible for leading and motivating site teams, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and inspire site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality civil works across earthworks, drainage, roads, and utilities.
- Manage project resources to ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery of the project scope.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, addressing issues proactively to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox meetings to promote a strong safety culture.
- Oversee and optimise the performance of all project operators through daily engagement, establishing and communicating clear expectations and goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practices, internal work procedures, policies, and project plans.
- Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, engineers, and client representatives, addressing any changes to the project scope as they arise.
- Foster a positive and collaborative site environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
About You: - Extensive experience in civil construction, particularly in bulk earthworks, roads, and drainage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Resourceful and proactive problem solver, with a commitment to maintaining a safety-first approach.
- Sound understanding of WHS legislation, standards, and best practices.
