The Opportunity:Our Gladstone team are expanding and looking to recruit an ambitious Account Manager to join our high-performing team!
Your role will be responsible for ensuring the organisation attracts, selects and maintains communication with the best talent to deliver our business strategy.
- 360 recruitment - We already have a strong pipeline of clients and roles. Whilst we are an agency, our close relationships with our clients make it feel like internal recruitment at its most exciting!
- Utilise database, sourcing and screening methods to build relationships and talent pools of A grade candidates, funnelling them to our clients to fill positions
- Candidate focused ensuring the best fit between candidate, client and the position
About You:If you are passionate about customer service, the candidate experience, have a strategic mindset with previous recruitment / talent acquisition experience and have proven ability to develop talent communities, then we would love to hear from you.
To be successful in this role you will be required to have:
- Previous Talent Acquisition experience preferably in a 360 degree role
- Technology Savvy- Use of ATS or database systems, Seek PTS or LinkedIn Recruiter
- Professional communication skills with the ability develop key relationships.
- Strong online marketing skills and professional presence
